Ingredients

The Pork

  • 3-4 pound boneless pork loin

The Marinade

  • ¼ cup Italian Vinaigrette Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drizzle the Italian marinade on both sides of the pork loin and sprinkle the remaining seasonings.
  2. Marinate the pork loin for 2 hours in the refrigerator, if desired.
  3. Place the pork loin in the air fryer basket on parchment paper.
  4. Air fry the pork loin at 360 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Flip the pork loin and cook for an additional 12-15 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees.
  6. Remove the pork loin from the air fryer and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
