Healthy Homemade Popsicles

fresh orange juice

fresh carrot juice

piece of ginger (optional)

piece of turmeric root (optional)
Instructions
- Juice the orange and carrot along with the ginger and turmeric if using.
- Mix all the juices together.
- Fill popsicle molds with the juice mixture.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
- Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy.
