Healthy Homemade Popsicles

Ingredients

  • cups fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 inch piece of ginger (optional)
  • 1 inch piece of turmeric root (optional)

Instructions

  1. Juice the orange and carrot along with the ginger and turmeric if using.
  2. Mix all the juices together.
  3. Fill popsicle molds with the juice mixture.
  4. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  5. Freeze for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove the popsicles from the molds and enjoy.
