Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and orange zest.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly with some larger chunks.
- Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until moistened, then add raspberries and white chocolate.
- On a floured surface, pat the dough to about ½ inch thick and fold it over itself five times.
- Cut the dough into 8 triangular slices and place them on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with cream.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned and serve warm.
