Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Grate the cold butter into the flour mixture and work it in until small pieces remain.
- Add sliced strawberries and white chocolate chips to the mixture and stir to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into an 8-inch circle and cut into 8 wedges.
- Transfer the scones to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack and prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled scones and serve.
