Classic Vegan Pumpkin Pudding

Instructions
- Mix corn starch and brown sugar in a saucepan.
- Add 1 tablespoon of soy milk to form a paste.
- Heat the saucepan over medium heat and slowly whisk in the remaining milk.
- Add the pumpkin puree and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce to a simmer and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice.
- Cool in the fridge before serving.
