Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Add chia seeds and whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Pour the mixture into two glass jars.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken.
  5. When ready to eat, stir and add toppings as desired.
