Instructions
- Combine milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and whisk again to prevent clumping.
- Pour the mixture into two glass jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight to thicken.
- When ready to eat, stir and add toppings as desired.
