Ingredients

The pudding

  • cup sugar or sweetener of choice
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • teaspoon sea salt

For topping

  • to taste whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, sweetener, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend the mixture for 2 minutes.
  3. Transfer the blended mixture into individual serving bowls or jars.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
