Ingredients

Basic Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract

Flavor Variations

  • 1 tsp Dutch processed cocoa powder (for chocolate flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional for chocolate flavor)
  • cup Raspberries (for raspberry flavor)
  • ½ medium Banana (mashed, for banana flavor)
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder (for matcha flavor)
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin puree (for pumpkin flavor)
  • ½ tsp Pumpkin pie spice (for pumpkin flavor)

Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a small bowl or jar.
  2. If making a flavored version, add the corresponding extra ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set (or overnight).
  4. Add toppings as desired before serving.
