Instructions
- Combine the milk, orange zest, and vanilla extract in a jar or bowl.
- Taste and adjust the vanilla extract if needed.
- Whisk in the chia seeds and let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes.
- Stir again to break up any clumps, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir again and add desired toppings.
