Ingredients

The pudding

  • to taste chopped nuts or granola
  • to taste coconut flakes
  • to taste maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a lidded jar.
  2. Cover the jar and shake to mix the ingredients well.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.
  4. Stir the pudding to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for an additional 8 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Serve with your choice of toppings.
