Instructions
- Combine almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a lidded jar.
- Cover the jar and shake to mix the ingredients well.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for a few hours.
- Stir the pudding to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
- Cover and refrigerate for an additional 8 hours or overnight until set.
- Serve with your choice of toppings.
