Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk or any other nut, coconut, soy or dairy milk
  • ½ tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 cup fruit (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon seeds or nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Cover in an airtight container.
  3. Chill for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
