Ingredients

Base Recipe

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Chai Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • a tiny pinch cardamom
  • a tiny pinch ground cloves
  • 2 tsp chopped raisins

Green Matcha + Coconut Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp green matcha powder
  • 2 tsp shredded coconut

Banana Strawberry Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chopped banana
  • 2 tbsp chopped strawberries
  • a dash cinnamon

Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • a dash cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small jar or container with a lid.
  2. Stir thoroughly to combine, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. The longer it sits, the thicker it will get.
  4. Once thick, stir again and adjust consistency with more milk if desired.
  5. Taste and add more sweetener or any other ingredients as preferred.
