Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a 9x13 casserole dish.
- 2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat, then stir in flour, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth, then increase heat and add shredded cheeses, whisking until thickened.
- 4. Stir in the Buffalo wing sauce.
- 5. In the casserole dish, combine chickpeas and chicken, then pour the cheese sauce over and mix well.
- 6. Toast the breadcrumbs in a skillet until golden, then mix with remaining salt, parsley, and garlic powder.
- 7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole and bake for 40-45 minutes until bubbly.
