Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, blue cheese dressing, cream cheese, and wing sauce, stirring to mix.
- Add shredded chicken, carrots, and celery to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Incorporate the cooked quinoa and stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, followed by crumbled blue cheese.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes until heated through.
- Turn the oven to broil and move the dish to a higher oven rack.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
