Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Melt butter in a small skillet and sauté minced garlic until golden.
- In a medium bowl, combine chickpeas, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mash the chickpeas until about ¾ are broken down, leaving some whole for texture.
- Fold in diced celery and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve hot with crackers and vegetables.
