Ingredients

The Dip

  • ½ cup Neufchâtel Cheese
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 pieces scallions
  • ¼ cup grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese

For Serving

  • to taste tortilla chips
  • to taste pita chips
  • to taste carrots
  • to taste celery

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Neufchâtel cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and Buffalo hot sauce, mixing until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, blue cheese, scallions, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and top with grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly, then serve warm.
