Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a medium bowl, combine Neufchâtel cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and Buffalo hot sauce, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, blue cheese, scallions, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and top with grated cheddar cheese.
