Buffalo Chicken Dip

Instructions
- Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat.
- Add shredded rotisserie chicken, pepper, and garlic powder, cooking for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Pour hot sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Add cream cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until melted and creamy.
- Stir in ranch dressing until fully incorporated.
- Add 1 oz. of grated sharp cheddar cheese and sour cream, stirring to combine.
- Add the final ounce of grated sharp cheese and stir again.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with bacon, blue cheese, and green onion.
