Creamy Peanut Sauce
Instructions
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl and heat until sugar dissolves, then add to cooked rice and mix well.
- Marinate the sweet potato and mushrooms in tamari while preparing other ingredients.
- Bake the marinated sweet potato and mushrooms at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until crisp.
- Spread 1 cup of rice onto a nori sheet and lay filling ingredients in a thin line at one end.
- Tightly roll the nori sheet and cut into pieces. Serve with dipping sauces.
