Homemade Sushi

tuna (raw, sushi-grade or salmon)

nori (seaweed sheets)

Instructions
- Cook the brown rice according to package directions.
- Skewer the shrimp to keep them straight, then boil for 3-5 minutes until firm.
- Chop the cooked shrimp, raw fish, carrots, and cucumber into julienned strips.
- Stir rice wine vinegar into the cooked rice once done.
- Cut nori sheets in half and cover bamboo mats with plastic wrap.
- Lay a half sheet of nori on the mat and cover with a thin layer of rice.
- Add a row of your chosen ingredients at the bottom edge of the nori.
- Roll the nori tightly using the bamboo mat, then cut into pieces.
