Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Breast

The chicken

boneless skinless chicken breast

Instructions
- Combine the avocado oil, lemon juice and zest, parsley, salt, and pepper in a blender and process for 1 minute.
- Place the chicken in a shallow dish or zip-top bag and pour all but ¼ cup of the marinade over the chicken, tossing to coat.
- Reserve the remaining marinade and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Drain the marinade from the chicken.
- Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to medium heat using the grill setting and set the timer for 16 minutes.
- When notified to add food, place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 8 minutes, then flip the chicken and brush with the reserved marinade.
- Cook for another 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
