Ninja Foodi Grill Chicken Thighs

The marinade

buttermilk

smoked paprika

garlic powder

fresh ground black pepper

cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the chicken in a shallow dish or large zip-top bag.
- 2. In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- 3. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- 5. Select GRILL, HIGH and set the timer for 25 minutes.
- 6. When the grill is preheated, add the chicken in a single layer without overcrowding.
- 7. Cook the chicken, flipping halfway through, until it registers 160° F.
- 8. Remove the chicken from the grill and tent with foil. Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
