Instructions
- 1. Sauté olive oil in the Instant Pot and add the beef, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until browned.
- 2. Add beef broth and scrape the bottom of the pot to deglaze.
- 3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, carrots, potatoes, and tomato sauce.
- 4. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
- 5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
- 6. Mix cornstarch and cold water, then stir into the stew until thickened.
