Instant Pot Beef Stew

stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkled with salt

potatoes, peeled and cut into one-inch cubes

carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces

celery, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
- 1. Set the Instant Pot to Saute and add the olive oil.
- 2. Brown the beef in two batches for 2 to 3 minutes, then set aside.
- 3. Turn off the Instant Pot and add the chopped onion, cooking for a minute.
- 4. Add the browned beef and all remaining ingredients to the pot.
- 5. Close the lid, set the seal, and cook on high pressure for 35 minutes.
- 6. After cooking, allow for a natural pressure release for about 30 minutes.
- 7. Serve warm.
