Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flaxmeal or chia seed meal, applesauce, water, apple cider vinegar, xanthan gum, and cashew milk.
- Beat the mixture with an electric mixer.
- Add honey, ghee or coconut oil, rosemary, garlic powder, coconut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, and baking powder in that order.
- Beat again until a dough forms, then shape it into a ball.
- Divide the dough into three portions, roll each into a ball, and flatten them into burger-sized patties.
- Place on unbleached parchment paper and bake for about 24 minutes.
