Paleo Dinner Rolls (Vegan)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine ground chia seeds and water to make the chia egg, stirring until it thickens.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the chia egg and the remaining ingredients, mixing until a moist dough forms.
- Scoop the dough by heaping tablespoons and roll into balls.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until the rolls are dry on the outside and lightly golden on the bottom.
- Allow the rolls to cool for at least 15 minutes before serving.
