Vegan Garlic Parmesan Dinner Rolls

The garlic rub

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a stand mixer bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add warm milk and melted vegan butter, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in minced garlic, vegan parmesan, and parsley, then knead the dough for 5-6 minutes.
- Lightly grease the bowl, place the dough back in, cover, and let it rise for at least 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide into 15 portions, and roll each into a ball.
- Optionally, stuff each roll with shredded vegan cheese before pinching and folding tightly.
- Grease a baking pan and arrange the rolls, cover, and let them rise for another hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) during the last 20 minutes of rising.
- Mix the garlic rub ingredients and brush half over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then brush with the remaining garlic rub and cool slightly before serving.
