Small Batch Garlic + Herb Dinner Rolls

Instructions
- Heat the milk to 100-110°F and combine it with yeast and honey in a mixer bowl, letting it sit until bubbly.
- Add the egg, melted butter, salt, and one cup of flour to the mixture, stirring on low speed until combined.
- Add another half cup of flour, garlic powder, and herbs, then mix on medium speed for about three minutes.
- Add the last half cup of flour and mix on medium for another three minutes until the dough is tacky but not sticky.
- Grease a bowl with olive oil, transfer the dough, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for 90 minutes until doubled.
- Punch down the dough, divide it into eight pieces, and roll each into a ball, placing them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover the dish and let the rolls rise for another 90 minutes until doubled.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and bake the rolls for 13-15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Brush the baked rolls with melted butter and let them cool for at least five minutes before serving.
