Homemade Dinner Rolls

Instructions
- Proof the yeast by combining it with warm milk and 1 tablespoon of sugar, letting it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a stand mixer, mix the foamy yeast mixture with the remaining sugar, melted butter, and salt on low speed.
- Gradually add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing until a cohesive, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead briefly to form a ball.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours until doubled in size.
- Divide the risen dough into 15 equal pieces and shape each into a ball.
- Place the balls on a greased baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise for another hour until puffy.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
- Brush the warm rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
