Homemade Yeast Dinner Rolls

Instructions
- Whisk together the milk and water, then add butter and microwave until the mixture reaches 110°F.
- In a large bowl, mix the liquids, yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 cup of flour until a wet dough forms, then add the remaining flour.
- Knead the dough by hand or with a stand mixer until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 12 pieces, and shape each piece into a round ball.
- Place the dough balls in a lightly oiled baking dish, cover, and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Brush with melted butter before serving.
