Milk and Yeast Soft Rolls

For egg wash
Instructions
- Heat the milk, butter, salt, and sugar in a saucepan until the butter melts.
- Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water in a measuring cup and let it activate.
- Mix the milk mixture with bread flour in a stand mixer.
- Add the yeast mixture and beat on high for three minutes.
- Beat in the beaten egg until fully combined.
- Switch to the dough hook and add all-purpose flour until the dough is tacky.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 15 pieces, rolling each into a ball.
- Arrange the dough balls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F, brush the rolls with egg wash, and bake for 15-18 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter after baking and serve warm.
