Vegan Dinner Rolls

The dough

Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a stand mixer bowl.
- Create a well in the center and add warm vegan milk and melted butter, mixing until just combined.
- Knead the dough with a dough hook for about 5-6 minutes, adding flour if necessary.
- Grease the bowl and let the dough rise covered for at least 2 hours in a warm area until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough, divide it into 15 equal balls, and shape them round.
- Grease a 9x13 container and arrange the dough balls in it.
- Cover and let them rise for another hour while preheating the oven to 400°F.
- Brush melted vegan butter over the rolls before baking.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.
