Instructions
- Combine warm water and almond milk in a mixing bowl, then add melted vegan butter and stir.
- Mix in sugar, yeast, salt, gluten-free flour, and psyllium husk powder until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes, adding more flour if too sticky, then shape into a ball and let rise in a greased bowl for about an hour.
- Once risen, divide the dough into 12 equal portions, shape into balls, and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover the rolls and let them rise for another hour while preheating the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly before serving.
