Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and prepare a baking dish with vegan butter.
- Warm the almond milk to about 110°F (43°C) and mix in the vegan butter and sugar, then add the yeast and let it proof for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour blend, almond flour, cane sugar, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Cut in the cold vegan butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Gradually add the almond milk-yeast mixture to the dry ingredients until a moist dough forms.
- Prepare a cutting board with plastic wrap and flour, then roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted vegan butter over the dough, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and roll it up tightly.
- Cut the rolled dough into 7-8 even pieces and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Cover and let the rolls rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown, then let cool for at least 20 minutes before frosting.
