Easy Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining it with sugar and melted vegan butter in a mixing bowl.
- Add almond milk and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.
- Gradually fold in the flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle and brush with melted vegan butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar filling.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into 6 large or 12 small pieces.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven and bake the rolls for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing vegan cream cheese, vegan butter, and confectioners sugar until smooth.
- Frost the rolls while they are still warm.
