Healthy Cinnamon Rolls

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish.
- Heat the almond milk and butter until melted and reach 110°F.
- Sprinkle the yeast on top of the warm milk mixture and let it sit for ten minutes.
- Mix the flours and salt in another bowl.
- Whisk in the coconut sugar into the milk mixture after ten minutes.
- Add the wet ingredients into the flour and stir until well combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a slightly warm oven for 45 minutes.
- Prepare the cinnamon sugar mixture by mixing coconut sugar and cinnamon together.
- Flour a surface and dump the dough onto it; form it into a large rectangle.
- Spread softened butter on top of the dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls.
- Place the rolls in the greased baking dish and brush with melted butter.
- Preheat the oven again to 350°F with the rolls on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly golden.
- Prepare the frosting by blending all frosting ingredients until smooth.
- Frost the cinnamon rolls while still warm.
