Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
- Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
- Spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray and bake for 14-15 minutes until golden.
- Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it on the hot rolls.
