Parmesan Garlic Rolls

Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

The topping

  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix together the flour, Greek yogurt, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning to form a dough.
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
  4. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Spray the tops of the rolls with cooking spray and bake for 14-15 minutes until golden.
  6. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and brush it on the hot rolls.
