Garlic Herb and Cheese Bread Sticks

Ingredients

The dough

  • 1 cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup Self rising flour
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter, melted

The flavoring

  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the Greek Yogurt and self rising flour until a dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll it out into a rectangle about 10 x 12 inches and ½ inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 8 equal strips, twist them, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt the butter and mix in olive oil, garlic, and herbs.
  6. Brush the dough sticks with the garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-27 minutes, turning halfway through.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
