Garlic Bread Dip

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare the garlic by slicing off the tops and drizzling with olive oil, then wrap in foil and bake for 45 minutes until soft.
- 2. Let the garlic cool for at least 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F.
- 3. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise.
- 4. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves into the mixture and mix well.
- 5. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella, 1 cup of parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and salt until combined.
- 6. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish, top with remaining cheese and a bit more parsley.
- 7. Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, watching closely to prevent burning.
- 8. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
