Easy Cheesy Breadsticks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and place a baking stone or overturned baking sheet in the oven.
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar, letting it sit until foamy.
- Add salt and flour, stirring until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough in the bowl until smooth, then cover and let it rise until puffy for 15-20 minutes.
- Grease a half sheet pan and press the dough into a rectangle.
- Brush the dough with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with garlic herb seasoning.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Cut into strips and serve.
