Homemade Breadsticks

dried herbs, garlic salt, and grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- 1. Mix warm water, yeast, sugar, salt, and 1 cup of flour in a bowl or stand mixer.
- 2. Gradually add more flour until the dough clears the sides of the bowl and knead for about 3 minutes.
- 3. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 400°F and spread melted butter on a baking sheet.
- 5. Pat the dough into a rectangle and cut it into 1-inch strips.
- 6. Twist each strip and place them on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
- 7. Sprinkle with herbs, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese.
- 8. Let the breadsticks rise for 20 minutes before baking.
- 9. Bake for 15 minutes until golden.
