Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough and punch it down to release air bubbles. Divide in half.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Roll the dough into a 9x13-inch rectangle on a floured surface or parchment paper dusted with cornmeal.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and brush over the dough.
- Cover the dough evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, optionally broiling for the last minute.
- Slice into breadsticks and serve with marinara sauce if desired.
