Homemade Cheesy Garlic Bread

Instructions
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a large bowl, mix 1 cup of flour and salt.
- Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour mixture and stir until smooth.
- Gradually add more flour until a dough ball forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and prepare a baking sheet with cornmeal.
- Punch down the risen dough and stretch it onto the baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with minced garlic, then brush over the dough.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan and shredded cheese over the dough.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Slice the bread and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
