Instructions
- Prepare a 9” springform pan by brushing it with butter.
- Pour water into the bread machine and add flour, honey, yeast, salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Process the mixture on the dough cycle according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll it into a 16” log.
- Cut the log into 16 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
- In a bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, salt, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
- Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture and arrange them in the prepared pan.
- Drizzle any remaining butter on top and let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and between the rolls, then let it rise for another 60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, brush the top with the beaten egg, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving warm.
