Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the bread in a cross-hatch pattern without slicing all the way through.
- Place the sliced bread on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the salted butter and mix it with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
- Brush the butter mixture all over the bread, ensuring it gets into the cuts.
- Stuff the crosshatches with the cheeses, adding extra on top if desired.
- Top the bread with chopped chives and cover it with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is golden.
