Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the bread on a foil-lined sheet pan.
- Cut a grid pattern into the bread, making vertical and horizontal cuts without going all the way through.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of parsley; microwave until melted.
- Drizzle the melted butter into the cuts of the bread and stuff with mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley before serving.
