Cheesy Bacon Pull-Apart Bread

French, Italian, or sourdough bread
The filling

cooked bacon, chopped

green onions

shredded Arla Dofino® Gouda Cheese

chopped green onions for garnish, if desired
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Cut a cross-hatch pattern into the bread without cutting all the way through the bottom.
- Combine melted butter and minced garlic.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the top foil and stuff the bacon and cheese into the crevices.
- Sprinkle green onions on top and push them gently into the bread.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with additional green onions if desired, and serve warm.
