Hasselback Cheesy Garlic Bread

Instructions
- 1. Combine warm water, yeast, and honey in a mixer and stir until foamy.
- 2. Gradually add salt and flour in increments, mixing until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
- 3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until slightly sticky but not leaving residue.
- 4. Grease the bowl and dough, cover, and let rise for about an hour until doubled.
- 5. Divide the dough into 6 to 8 portions and shape into baguettes, then let rise for another 30 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C), then reduce to 350°F (176°C) and bake for 20 minutes.
- 7. Brush the loaves with melted garlic herb butter and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
- 8. Cut slices three-quarters of the way through, brush with garlic butter, fill with cheese, and bake for another 5 minutes until melted.
