Cheesy Garlic Bread Swirls

Instructions
- Combine yeast, warm water, and sugar in a large mixing bowl and let it stand for 10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add salt, vegetable oil, and egg yolk to the mixture and combine.
- Mix in 3 cups of flour until well combined, then add more flour as needed to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, then cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
- While the dough is rising, mix butter and garlic bread seasoning and set aside.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle (18-20 inches by 6 inches) and spread the garlic butter over it, then sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll the dough up jelly-roll style and cut into 12 equal slices using dental floss.
- Place each slice in a muffin tin, cover with a cloth, and let rise while preheating the oven to 350°F.
- Bake the rolls for 18-22 minutes, covering with foil if the cheese browns too quickly.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
