Grilled Peaches and Coconut Ice Cream

Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Brush the peach halves with oil.
- Place the peach halves cut side down on the grill and cover.
- Grill for 4-6 minutes until the peaches soften and grill marks appear.
- Check to ensure they don’t burn, rotating them for crisscross marks if desired.
- Remove the peaches from the grill onto a plate.
- Serve two peach halves in a bowl, topped with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.
- Optionally, drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
