Instructions
- Prepare the coconut cream by flipping the coconut milk can upside down, opening it, and separating the liquid from the thick cream.
- Whip the thick cream in a cold mixing bowl until it's thick and creamy, adding coconut sugar to taste.
- Heat the grill to medium-high.
- Brush the peach and plum halves with coconut oil.
- Place the fruit halves on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes until softened and marked.
- Remove the grilled fruit and serve with a dollop of coconut cream, sprinkled with cinnamon.
